    1. Thanks Sandra. I hadn’t been there for years and it wasn’t as I remembered it. Lots more new shops and eateries have been built around the harbour. Hope the book sales are going well 🙂

  1. Love it, David. Definitely still “wrap up” weather, but beautiful 🙂
Trying to think what colour the top part is in reality? I like this treatment though. Makes it more interesting.

    1. Thanks Jo. It was a lovely day in Whitby and the sky was really a deep blue with lighter wisps of cloud. The photo just looked better with this treatment. Disappointed in the famous fish and chips though 🙂

    1. Thanks Dave. Must admit that it has been a long while since I last used the 9-18mm. Usually when I go on holiday I take this lens attached to my other E1 but seldom take it out of the bag. Though this time on my Whitby trip I took only the 9-18mm so I had to use it 🙂

      1. There is a lot to be said for taking only one lens. I know that, but I’m always worrying about missing an unexpected opportunity. It would be easier if I planned my photo outings, but I rarely do. 🙂
